Might be a good way to collect data. But I get better accuracy with the built in GPS on the iPhone than with a R1 antenna. Played with it for an hour and then trashed the app.
Just installed this new release and the app crashed immediately....cannot use it!! Please, correct this bug fast!

Simplistic, user friendly, and still robust. The best yet in an easy to deploy field data collection application with legitimate import and export support in the office.
I use GIS extensively, but rely on data collected from someone else, which makes it frustrating when needing to conduct a new study. So I gave this app a try to see how useful it could be for creating forms and collecting data using my phone... WOW! This is great! In less than 10 minutes I was able to create and begin collecting data on signage and instantly view co-workers work. Its a simple app and very useful for collecting new data and exporting to GIS.
